When you interact with us through our website, volunteer application forms, contact messages, or donation portals, we collect necessary personal details such as Full name, email address, contact phone number, address, and transaction IDs. We practice data minimization and only collect what is necessary.
Your personal data is strictly used for legitimate organizational purposes: Processing volunteer registrations, verifying donation payments, issuing certificate receipts, and responding to support inquiries. We process this data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act, 2026.
To operate our platform, we securely share necessary data with third-party processors including Supabase (secure database hosting), Cloudinary (image storage), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). Some of these servers may be located outside Bangladesh. By using our service, you consent to these secure cross-border data transfers.
Student volunteers applying to our programs must explicitly confirm they have parent or guardian permission. We do not knowingly collect behavioral tracking data from children.
We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected or to comply with legal obligations. You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
We respect your privacy. We never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Our database uses Row-Level Security (RLS) policies and encryption to protect your data against unauthorized access.
