Volunteers are expected to uphold environmental integrity, respect local communities, and follow coordinator safety directives. Student volunteers (especially those under 18) must confirm they have obtained parent or guardian permission before registering or participating in any physical drives.
All contributions made via bKash, Nagad, or direct bank transfer are directed strictly toward organizational programs, seedling purchasing, logistics, and humanitarian initiatives.
As a non-profit organization, donations and volunteer registration fees (if any) are generally non-refundable. However, in the event of an unauthorized transaction, duplicate charge, or legal requirement, please contact our support team within 7 days for a review and potential refund processing. Volunteer cancellations for events must be notified at least 48 hours in advance.
